What we collect
When you book, we save your name, phone number, optional email, preferred contact channel and ID, appointment details and any short note you choose to provide. Do not enter medical records, identity documents or payment details.
How information is used
Appointment information is used to reserve your visit and let the clinic owner manage the schedule. No marketing list or external notification service is connected.
Storage and access
Appointment data is stored in a shared hosted database. Clinic records and management tools are restricted to the authorised owner. Your private booking key provides access to your own booking; keep it confidential. Hosting authentication may use essential cookies.
Your choices
You can view, cancel or reschedule an eligible booking with its private key. To request correction or removal, contact the site owner through the account that provided access to this site. Cancelling an appointment does not delete the stored record.
Retention
Booking records remain until the owner removes them or the site is retired. The owner should set a suitable retention period before accepting real patient information.
