Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment
All times are Bangkok time (UTC+7). Please arrive 10 minutes early. Initial consultations for complex treatments are planning visits, not surgery or a full course of treatment.
Changing a booking
Use Manage Your Booking and the private key on your confirmation to select another available time. Keep your confirmation: an email is not automatically sent.
Cancellation
Cancel online with your private key. Please aim to give at least 24 hours’ notice. No online cancellation fee or payment is collected. Completed, no-show and already cancelled bookings cannot be changed online.
Urgent care
An urgent assessment is a scheduled appointment. Online booking does not guarantee same-day availability and contact enquiries do not reserve a time.
Prices
Displayed prices are starting prices for the listed visit. Extra imaging, procedures and follow-up treatment are agreed separately.
